Purchase Poinsettias - Deadline November 16

Purchase a poinsettia to help beautify the exhibit, then take it home to enjoy or gift to a friend.

 

Loan Nativities - Monday, December 8

Loan nativities, artwork, small boxes, lamps, and décor to be displayed at the event.
Items will be accepted until noon on December 9.​

Setup and Decorate - December 8-11

Help us prepare the exhibit by setting up tables, trees, garland, boxes, and fabric.
Monday, December 8 is our busiest workday—we’ll need about 70 volunteers to get everything ready.
We couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for making time to serve!

 

Childcare - December 8-11

Need childcare while you volunteer?
Please register your child in advance so we can plan accordingly.
We’re also looking for volunteers to help run childcare during setup days.

Hosting - December 12-15

Welcome visitors and help ensure the displays are respected.
No experience needed—just a friendly smile!
(Ages 14+)

Live Nativity - December 12-15 

Dress as Mary or Joseph and bring the Nativity to life!
You may sign up for both slots if you prefer to sit alone.
(Ages 8+)

Perform Music - December 12-15

Share your musical talents to uplift visitors and add to the spirit of the event.
